Visited Carphone Warehouse Ashton-Under-Lyne (Snipe Retail Park) this morning due to a EE connection issue for a phone I bought my daughter for Christmas. I must say that the manager "Steve" was extremely helpful, I appreciate that from time to time things do go wrong, however the customer service I received from steve was fantastic , his attitude to customer service was excellent and he is a credit to your company. This is the second review in as many weeks from me and I will definitely recommend this branch and in particular Steve and his staff. Thanks again.
