I went into this Ashton Bensons looking to purchase the igel mattress... seriously upset with the lack of customer service, and poor displays that were on the shop floor. Due to the lack of service, I ended up going to the new Manchester Bensons and found the same level of service there so went to the Dreams store at White City, where I got offered a cup of tea

Good choice of mattresses and we weren't hassled. Some options very expensive though!

We absolutely love our new bed and furniture! All staff at this store were very friendly and helpful, in paticular Gareth who went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely be returning.
