Got a bulb fitted today and I just wanted to mention the staff that fit the bulb for me. As a person that doesn’t know much about cars, the staff member was super friendly and answered any questions I had which was very helpful. Apologies I didn’t catch a name. However, headlights are much brighter than what they were. Excellent service!

Brilliant professional job done by the team at Ashton-Under-Lyne. Dropped the car off at 2 and was told it would be a couple of hours and they would phone me when it was finished. Got the call at 3.45 so went to collect the car and one of the guys spent at least 15 minutes with me explaining how the dashcam worked. Extremely satisfied customer.

We came to the shop at around 2:15 pm today. The outside booth young engineer provided very good service. He helped us to check whether the brake fluid needed to add or not. And also he brought us to the shop and introduced the brake fluid and engine oil. Fabulous.  Thanks.

I bought a new bike with some accesories, they found a mistake on the website and took longer to get my bike, an issue that can happend any time. However, the way they sorted out for me in a very professional way. Also the lancashire fella that gave us the bike was lovely.

Had my Kenwood Apple CarPlay fitted today by Jack at Ashton snipe Halfords. Took a little over two hrs, Jack was fiddling with the radio for sometime, an eye for detail and is a perfectionist. Once fitted Jack explained what the radio was cable of and great sound output was demonstrated. Nice to see that the Halfords staff care about their job. Great outcome. Thank you Jack.
