I've visited this store 5 times to look and for advice before buying my ebike, the advise i got from James and Conner was 10 out 10, they made the difference in me purchasing my bike.n10/10 had to visit the store without a booking and Jack C was very helpful in repairing my wheel under the care plan, well worth having. Great service 10 out of 10.

Brilliant experience - start to finish from the front desk agent to the guys who fitted the dash-cam in my new car. Sunny & Ali were extremely helpful & polite throughout, answering my queries clearly and without fuss. Would definitely recommend the Ashton-under-Lyne store, good atmosphere and all of the staff showed genuine interest in providing a great customer service.

Five stars for service and knowledge.nSunny fitted my blades and when I realised he was the font of knowledge for all things car related he gave me loads of really great advice. Would 100% come back for anything that needed fitted or for advice!!. Thanks Sunny.

Halfords are great when even your car manufacturer states 3 types of headlight bulb for your make and model. Service was fantastic, soon as I said that my car was an insignia, they I formed me they were the wrong headlights that I had ordered. Although the assistant had issues with her till not recognising the change in price, it was dealt with there and then and took Less than 10 minutes to fully resolve and get two new headlight bulbs

I visited your store at Snipe Retail Park on 2 occasions looking for a new bike. I was unsure what kind of bike I was looking for. One of your assistants named Kallum was there on both occasions to help me choose my new bike. I can honestly say I have never met a store assistant showing so much willing in wanting make a customer happy, nothing was too much trouble. No pushy sales patter or a sense of feeling rushed. Such a polite man, very professional and informative on different models,  he really does know his stuff about bikes, even down to the correct size for my height. When I say nothing was too much trouble it really wasn’t. I tried lots of different bikes, back and forth pondering which one to purchase, eventually deciding on the first bike I originally looked at. I really can’t praise this member of staff enough. If there is such a thing as staff member of the week/month, then this should definitely be awarded to Kallum. Thank you so much for making a very indecisive woman feel very relaxed and happy with her purchase. I can’t wait to get my new bike. Massive appreciation to Kallum.nThank you so so much.nMichelle.
