I’d wouldn’t even rate a single star my experience was dreadful at this store, customer service was appalling.  I bought a vacuum and I had it less than 24 hours when I opened it it had marks on it and looked like it had been bashed around and I wasn’t happy so I went to return to this to the store to be accused of lying when I told the staff I hadn’t used it they wouldn’t accept the return even though I had never used the item which could clearly be seen by the clean filter, the attitude of the staff was disgusting  and they just walked away and didn’t resolve the problem I’ll never shop here again.

Recently bought my Oculus Quest 2 from here, ordered online and received a code instantly. Went down and collected my order with no fuss. Free parking outside and friendly staff.

I bought an item, but changed my mind less than 24 hours later.nThe sales assistant opened the box asked did you use it. I said i had to open it to find out it wasn't usable.nThen the manager came over and inspected said there are fingerprints on it and can't resell. Then I showed argos website where it said you can use but they will refund reduced amount. Zoe store manager said can't sell my decision. Now I know you used it can't sell it. There was no damage and looked good as new.nVery bluntly walked away and they started talking together.nHad to leave as they didnt listen to a word. Bad store in snipe retail please do not buy from here.nOther Argos in Ashton much better!

They don't deserve the one star, it's just that you can't post otherwise. Terrible, rude, arrogant, the manager, whom I believe is called Donna, was obnoxious. This is the Snipe Store in Ashton under Lyne. I was in with my daughter trying to return an item. We couldn't believe the aggression of the staff, especially the Manager named above.  I came out of the store completely shocked. Perhaps the staff members are scared of her, which is perfectly understandable.nWhat a dreadful experience.

Absolutely above and beyond service from Sian at the Snipe Branch. Brilliant service couldn’t be happy enough
