B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Visited this store nearly every week since it opened up . Positives First. Always fully stocked up .Nice bargains... Negative Security Barrier despite request and time allowed to sort out the way it's annoying when considering you may have vulnerable people behind you and if you miss or forget to remember it lands either on their knees or Belly if some is pregnant lady.Carl the Manager promised to do something but all I could see is it's been covered by spongy cheap material may be it snowed recently and he thought it's worth doing this new way to impress customers. Secondly when you are queueing for the check outs expect the unpleasant customer services for example unfriendly staff who are ill trained or lack of coordination between the two level management calling for help but not a pleasant to oneself as a customer. Remember...you could possibly be rediculed if you come across someone who starts to scan item even if it belongs customer behind you. So be patient and check your receipts to ensure you only pay for your items.

Full of bargains, food and household goods alike. Excellent garden centre also. Staff are usually friendly, however if it's busy you can wait for a while in the queues. Overall a great store to go into and also fantastic prices on items where you would spend double else where!

Staff so helpful. Store well set out, fully stocked, clean and spacious. And what I wanted to buy was half the price than I found in two other stores so that's a bonus.

A very good store, really competitive prices. Garden Centre only have decking boards, otherwise great.
