Fantastic service! Just exchanged contracts on a flat in East Grinstead. Had three agents around to value initially. Jack from C&W really impressed me with his professionalism and market knowledge. The property went on the market and from there onward they handled everything. Lots of viewings, regular feedback and lots of interest generated. Once we agreed the sale C&W made sure everything progressed smoothly and quickly. The whole team were great, really professional but also friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ben for going above and beyond, I don't live locally and had a problem getting something moved from the flat to my elderly mothers house down the road. Ben offered to go and sort it out for me!  Best local agent by a mile.

After meeting with Jack Burton branch manager of East Grinstead and singing contracts .
He then asked for £130 .00 for someone from his office to come round and take photos of my property .
I refused to pay him the money and asked could we take the photos ourselves .. we never heard from Jack the cowboy again .
Not one viewing ..not one phone call ... NOTHING .
Jack just diapered into the night.
Theirs no head office you can complain to ... theirs just Jack Burton .
Which if we had ... would have been a waist of time.
My advice go with a company not run by cowboys 
Especially the likes of sheriff Jack Burton.
