Cannot thank Fox & Sons enough! They were brilliant throughout the whole process. James came out to the property and offered a great valuation service and even managed to get our property on the market by the end of the week! There was plenty of contact throughout the whole process and even used their mortgage advisor Toby who was fantastic the entire time and managed to get us a great deal and we paid less than what we would have with the banks! Thank you for making the process easy and simple!

I sold my home with this agent and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were supportive, professional and informative right from the start. James dealt with my sale smoothly and effectively and Sharna kept me up to date with all the solicitor information and how we were getting on with every single stage. They provided a first class service and cannot thank them enough!

We recently brought our first property through Fox and Sons; James and the team were so helpful and managed to get help and get our purchase through really quickly. We had regular updates, which helped put our mind at ease as we previously had a purchase fall through with a different agent. Will definitely use again.

I have just recently sold my first home with Fox & Sons in Burgess Hill and was very pleased with their service. We had them and another agent out to start with to compare and really liked the strategy James(the manager) offered. It worked really well and we sold with in 4 weeks with constant communication with us through every step of the way. The whole team were very helpful and polite making the process stress free and even fun! Would and have recommended when selling and buying to anyone.

We put our house initially on the market with a local agent. Jake from Fox and Sons knocked on our door a few times to persuade us to move agents. He was so kind, polite and persuasive, we agreed,and very glad we did! We mainly dealt with James and Jamie but, whoever I spoke to were all fantastic. The guys sold our house for us in a matter of weeks and managed to get us more than we were expecting! The exchange process was a little complicated but James McGillivray handled it brilliantly. We always felt we could ring anytime and we always had the answer. They are truly brilliant!!
