They have a very friendly, thorough and helpful team. They're customer orientated and very conscientious. Although I didn't go through with the rental contract in the end for personal reasons, I felt like our needs and expectations were well understood, as well as well communicated to the prospective landlord. When I do look to rent somewhere, I know Fox and Sons will be the first people I contact.

Efficient and easy to deal with. Ryan was excellent on realistic advice and expectations with regards to marketing the property. Sam handled the sale brilliantly, if I had a query he dealt with it that day and got me an answer within a couple of hours.

I recently sold a property at Sheffield Park near Haywards Heath through Fox and Sons. Adam Gibbs and his team were excellent throughout the whole process. He and his team were professional, helpful, friendly and did everything they could to complete the sale. The promotion of our property was of a very high standard and we had an offer within a week of the house going on the market. There were a few problems , further down the chain, during the sale, and Adam and his team kept us informed throughout and worked to communicate with all parties concerned. I would recommend Fox and Sons, Haywards Heath branch every time.

I used Fox and Sons for both selling my current home and buying my new one - I found them to be thoroughly professional from start to finish, and they were very quick and efficient with dealing with any queries that I had, unlike some of the other agents that I tried to book viewings with! Sam and the team did a fantastic job and I will definitely be coming back to them in the future
