We are in the process of buying our first home.  Everyone we have had dealings with from Fox and Sons Crawley Branch have all been very professional and helpful.  Special mention must go to Marvin Smith however.  He has been extremely diligent, proactive, courteous and above all patient in helping us with the mortgage, insurance and other financial aspects.  My shifts are not very office-friendly but Marvin has worked around this, got things done speedily and been helpful throughout.  He has been an absolute credit to the Crawley Branch.

Marvin was an exceptional mortgage advisor who guided us seamlessly through the home buying process. Being a first time buyer we did not had much idea about the process and different fees/charges involved. His expertise and patience in explaining each step made the entire experience stress-free. He was always available to answer our questions and provided valuable insights that helped us secure the best possible deal. Highly professional and genuinely caring. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch mortgage advice.

Had a very pleasant and smooth experience of working with Fox and Sons. As first time buyers, we were not sure what to expect from this whole process, but the team have been have kept us in the loop at all times. Always been met with a smile and lots of options to explore the houses, mortgages, and add-ons that work for us. Marvin has worked tirelessly to make sure that all goes well fir me. He is highly professional and has been there every step of tge way. I requested house valuation from Fox & Sons, they immediately booked a suitable date. Thomas Waudby came for valuation, and expertly explained the valuation process, outlined potential marketing strategies to maximize buyer interest, meticulously inspected the property, considering all relevant factors such as comparable house prices and local market trends, and gave valuation for my house in the best and worst cases of the market. Being first time buyers, we were lucky to get our first home with Fox and Sons. It was a quite a lengthy process due to a long chain, but Abi W worked tirelessly to resolve the queries in timely manner and support the process end to end. She also guided us throughout the process especially when things were not very transparent from seller side. So, a big thanks to her.
