I have just moved my properties over to Northwood Lettings Crawley and I am extremely pleased in the manner in which the transfer and onboarding was competently carried out by Ben Pugh and his team. Letting the property out to new tenants was also really great experience as tenants were located within 4 weeks and property let out. I have had a brilliant experience so far as a renter with Northwood. I have been dealing with quite a few people namely Amy, Emma, and Ben and they have all been really forthcoming, easy going, and efficient. I would highly recommend them over other agencies.

I was selling my flat and as it was my first time, I went to a couple of local estate agents for guidance etc. I chose Northwood, as they were a smaller agent and I felt Ben Pugh was more personable. He made me feel he would do what he could to make the process as quick and easy as possible for me. Having no previous experience in selling a property, I had to have trust in my estate agent. My instincts were correct, because within the first week, I had 4 offers. Ben was on hand to help me through the whole selling experience, for which I was extremely grateful. On occasion it wasn't easy, and Ben was there to explain it all in simple terms. Even if Ben was out of the office, his colleagues were helpful and very professional. I can't fault Northwood and will recommend them to my friends and family at every opportunity. Thank you all once again

Excellent service from Northwoods would recommend highly. Plenty of viewings and when first buyer pulled out more viewings quickly followed and another buyer soon found. Thank you to Tom who accompanied viewers doing a good job selling the house. I have used Northwood to rent my property out following on from recommendation from family and friends. I cannot thank their team enough for their help and professionalism. From the moment I first spoke to Ben I knew that it was the right agent for me. Their guaranteed rent scheme gives me the peace of mind that my property is well looked after. I am up to date with all legislation and I have a consistent income. Highly recommend- fantastic team!

We met with a few estate agents to ask for advice on selling our property. We went with Northwood because we felt they had better knowledge of the market and we are so glad we did.  The process was seamless and quick. We had several offers the first day the property was on the market and they managed to achieve a whopping £40,000 over what another well known local estate agent valued the property at. I would definitely recommend Northwood's fantastic team.
