Connells delivered an efficient, personalised service for our recent move to East Grinstead, which was a whole new area for us. Kyran and Marianna worked well as a Team, and were on hand whenever we needed them. Particularly, when we asked for viewings of our new property . Can't speak highly enough of the team at Connells in East Grinstead. My wife and I were intially unsure which agent we should use to sell our house, so we spoke to a few different firms. Doug made a really good impression on us when we met him and wasn't pushy unlike others, so we decided to go with Connells. Getting our house marketed with them was a smooth process and the professional photos were excellent. We received an offer for the price we wanted in under a week! From accepting the offer through to completion, Connells were really proactive and made sure things kept progressing. Doug's intervention when a potential last minute hitch arose with solicitors shortly before exchange kept things on track! Strongly recommended.

We used the East Grinstead Connells team and we were very happy with the service and support we received during our house sale. Doug and the whole team were very professional and always answered any questions we had in a prompt and timely manner. Upon first meeting the team at Connells they were professional and obviously knowledgeable about the local area. Trying to sell a property during the pandemic was a challenge but Doug, Jonny and the team were marketing my property well and getting the viewing in. They kept in close contact and gave constructive feedback. What should have been a 'quick' sale with no chain turned into a long 6 month process, through no fault of Connells. Doug, Tina and the team tried their best to keep things moving but the challanges were out of their control. At times a quicker response to emails or messages could have been given, even if it was an email to say 'sorry, nothing new to update'. On the whole I was very pleased with the service I received from Connells and the recommendation of the solicitor from them. I would happily use their services again and recommend them to others

Initially was going with another agent to sell my property, but having met Doug was convinced to give Connells a try.  How pleased am I?  My property was sold quickly. The process was as painless as selling a house could be.  The team were always happy to help with queries/updates etc.

All in all, a great team at Connells East Grinstead. We initially called them in to value our property after viewing a house with them. When viewing, Jonny impressed us initially with his professional, non-pushy and friendly approach. Equally, when valuing our property, Daniella impressed us with her understanding of the market and, unlike several other agents, she really ‘got’ our rather unusual property. Her valuation was spot on and Connells achieved an asking price offer within a couple of weeks, with Jonny going above and beyond to secure us a good deal. Following this, the experienced sales manager Doug has been great in keeping the sale on track through to completion. Thanks for all your help guys!
