My sister in law had a horrible experience with another estate agent and was recommended Taylor Robinson so switched to them instead, and they were fantastic! They were professional and friendly, got her a fantastic price for her house and made sure the sale went through without issue. Then, a few years later, I wanted to rent a property that was managed by Taylor Robinson and had an equally wonderful experience. I've been renting from them for a few months and they are easy to get hold of, helpful and fair. They seem to manage all the properties in my block and all the other tenants stop to say hi whenever they're there. Highly recommend for both sales and lettings!

Definitely recommend Taylor Robinson Estate Agent. Their website clearly advertised the property and explained the fees. The Referencing process was easy and anything I called about I got a quick response back. Very professional and helpful. Ben was very good at keeping us updated and made the move less stressful.

I was looking for my dream house in Crawley.in this recent time it's very tuff to get the dream house and then I contacted to letting agency Taylor and Robinson where I spoke with my letting agent Ben cannon.He guided us very friendly and responded all the time when we wants to speak about any queris which we have.The process from Taylor and Robinson is very quick and smooth as we got our dresm house in almost a week that's much appreciated because we really need of this house.Once again thanks to Ben cannon for your help and dedication you showed in getting the dream home. I highly recommend this Taylor and Robinson real estate agency must visit once guyz.

Seemed very helpful at the start of a house purchase, but it all transpired as overpromise, and under-delivery. Pulled out of a house purchase after a lot waiting, consideration and loss of 1000s of £s for us. Potentially won’t viewing properties listed by them again.

Ben Cannon showed one person the house and then suggested I should drop the rent to fall below the market so he can find someone quicker. That tenant is a disaster, I’d like to see what kind of reference checks they do.

We bought flat through agency. Selling process was long but that wasn't Taylor Robinson fault. They provided solicitor and mortgage advisor for reasonable price. Personally I preferred if they contact with me regularly how the process is going.

Taylor Robinson were better than most competitors from the start. The estate agents are professional and friendly and you never feel rushed when viewing a property, if you then make an offer, they're brilliant with ensuring the conveyancing process moves smoothly. Every time I needed something chased up, the sale progression team were straight on it.  No complaints! Thank you for your services!

As I have been looking for a house to buy for many months. I contacted different estate companies and had an experience of dealing with them. But I really loved the team response, especially follow up towards the client of Taylor Robinson. They will keep you updated about everything and will stay in touch with you throughout the whole process.

We’ve had by far the best estate agents throughout our purchase process for our first home. Since the very beginning, Daniel has been a very polite and involved estate agent, keeping us informed about the property until we’ve got our offer accepted. Kelly then  took over and she’s been such a professional agent, always answering to our inquiries and keeping the updates between us and the seller. Highly recommending her and for those who doesn’t have a Kelly, they should get one!

We have worked with Ben at Taylor Robinson's for quite a few years. He's always been very clear in his communications and helped us at every step.
