Courtney Green must be one of the best estate agents in Horsham to sell your house with.  From the first time my wife and I walked into their offices in the Carfax we felt this was the company to sell our house for us, all  of the team are very friendly and knowledgeable.  We didn’t feel pressured into having to go with them but after a second meeting with Andy Bowling we felt this was the company for us. After negotiating a fair commission rate our house was being marketed by them. The sales team we had working for us included Rachel, Dan, Cameron and Ruth all of who worked really well together and for us. The marketing of our house was first class with great photos, very thorough details plus useful information of the local area.  Our house was on the market during this very recent difficult period when houses were not selling so all the team made a great effort in getting our house sold, which they did.  If you want a really reliable estate agent look at Courtney Green, I am sure you will not be disappointed, we weren’t.
