I have used this dealership for a number of years now and have always found them to be excellent. The staff are always very helpful, extremely pleasant and I’ve always found their service work to be without fault. In addition, their prices are very competitive which, for a main dealer, makes a refreshing change. They even take the trouble to send you a safety check video and provide a car wash and vac, so I would most definitely recommend them.
Mike Scott is absolutely brilliant. Excellent customer service, and at the vehicle hand over stage. One negative is, it took me 3 visits to get a decent response and help to choosing a vehicle. Unfortunately, Osman has left, but he made every effort to find the correct vehicle.

I have been a long-term customer of Inchcape and have always been happy with the professionalism and ease in using their services. The process was quick, efficient and friendly. My recent visit, following a recall of my ID3, was processed in the same manner, with minimum impact on my daily life. Very pleased.
I contacted the dealership very last minute online for an MOT test. It is one of the only garages that opens in the period between Christmas and new year and I’m very grateful for that fact. They took great care of me, cleaned my car beautifully and made me feel at ease with a thorough MOT. there was an issue with the ramp and they gave me a courtesy car and made no rush at the re delivery of it which was really helpful. They could not do enough for me.
Ricky was great and very informative, and resolved the problem with my car's brake pads. The vehicle health check video he delivered was clear and of high quality. However, upon reviewing my dashcam contents the other day I found that a worker at the dealership reversed my vehicle towards another customer's vehicle and the car's emergency maneuver braking system had to intervene and slam the brakes on to prevent a collision between the two cars. Somehow the worker didn't hear the beeping from the parking sensors and think to stop before the car had to intervene? Then I called the dealership to ask the after-sales manager to call me back so I could make them aware of this and they never called back.
Phoned them today, as a friend had lost the locking wheel bolt socket. It is not a stock item, but the lad in Parts suggested we went down to the branch and they would do what they could. On arrival a very pleasant girl on Reception took us to the parts desk. We were dealt with by Peter - one of the most helpful and pleasant people I have met in quite some time. He produced a box of assorted locking bolt sockets and about the 15th attempt, found the right one. He then went into the stores and brought back a brand new item. The price was less than half of what I was expecting for one socket. I fully expected Inchcape to remove the offending locking wheel bolts and sell me a new full set of bolts and socket. I have dealt with many garages and main dealers over many years and frankly have not been impressed. This company did impress me with helpfulness, honesty and a can do attitude. Well done to all concerned. Thanks.
Bought an ID 4. Excellent staff. Particularly appreciate the support from Mike Scott and Mario D. Friendly and personable. Good comms overall. Would much rather deal with the Bury branch rather than Manchester.
Arron and Mario were amazing! Helped with everything, nothing was too much trouble and got me exactly what I wanted. Would recommend them both to everyone. Won’t go anywhere else for a new car again
Customer service great, only let down by the "adjustments" made to certain elements of the car whilst in for an MOT: All mirrors altered and left in strange angles. Steering column and wheel adjusted to full extent for some reason. Radio left on full volume so when ignition is turned on my wife nearly jumped out of her skin. It might be amusing to some people, but I see it as childish at best. The car only went in for an MOT.
