I had stayed here for a week for an event organised by my company. It is a large complex and we had the opportunity to use lots different rooms for meetings and presentations. The services from the staff were fantastic, nothing to fault. The room I had was very pleasant, nothing special but all you would need or want when staying in such establishments. We had buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, although nothing from their menus. The only complaint is that my room card had stopped working on several occasions but this was quickly resolved by the staff at the reception.

Nice hotel, easy to find, plenty of parking. Swimming pool small and unfortunately over chlorinated. Need a rethink on the complimentary toiletries bottles as very difficult to get contents out. Overall very good place to stay if flying from gatwick.

Rude staff, accused me of smoking in my room when it was not me and smelt like it when we got there. So much so we didn't stay for our second night as the manager was so rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Don't stay here if you are a smoker as you will be accused. I never received an apology or a refund or any contact from the hotel after we could not complete our stay which was for our anniversary. We were put in the furthest part of the hotel which was shabby when people who had been delayed by an airline where getting upgraded free rooms. I paid a lot of money for our so called spa break. I won't ever be going back.

Nice place friendly staff. It's a fairly new place.  It's a bit different from the usual crown plaza, but in a nice way.

Really friendly hotel...helpful concierge bright and breezy even at our late arrival time. Restful sleep and nice breakfast. Couldn't ask for more.
