If you are visiting the Queen Victoria Hospital this is the place to stay, its a short walk.. Rooms are lovely, breakfast is great, everyone is really friendly, couldn't ask for a nicer stay.  Rooms: Comfy, quite, everything you need.  Walkability: A short walk to the Queen Victoria Hospital 13-15 minutes

Very comfortable room, including all sorts of useful things, like cutlery for takeaways, a hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities. Very friendly service, and a hearty breakfast with a wide choice. I would definitely recommend staying here.Rooms: 5/5

Though the decor was a little dated, it didn’t matter as the room was spotless. Nice touches of bathroom accessories. Able to order a delivered meal. 2 chairs provided. Comfortable bed and quiet location though central. Very cold weather, but the heating left on all night , so cosy and warm, even had additional fan heater available. Very good value.

Room itself was ok-ish though limited clothes space and, being in the roof, had to contend with the dormers and the roof line. The duvets were not really big enough for the beds. The ensuite was really small. The biggest downside though was that the walls used to create the four loft conversion bedrooms were thin plaster board so any noise carried right through. And it wasn't cheap.

Excellent hotel, smart tidy and spotless, all compliments in room , great position 5/10 min walk to many pubs and shopping.  Good value.

This small BB is super clean and functional, super host Brian. Lots of heat in room, you can walk to the townRooms: 4/5

Great little place, breakfast is extra, but we didn't have time as an early appointment at the Queen Victoria hospital. We stayed to not get caught in early morning rush round the M25, which seemed pretty awful that morning. But we were nicely rested, and very close to the hospital. Would certainly recommend Rooms: 5/5

On first glance a very eye catching place fitting for the area. Once inside however very dated a throwback to 1970's albeit clean definitely needs the modern touch. Breakfast was pre order and cooked earlier than when we were down as it was warm and had been sitting for a while. Over load with extra signage up and extra charges for minor things such as water in the room and breakfast. It's not for us as wouldn't stay again but I'm sure it would suit lots of people.

A lovely place to stay, room was extremely clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious and set us up for the day. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area

Spacious room. 8 minutes walk from the town centre so in a less busy location. Room had a fridge which was useful and was decently clean though not completely spotless. The garden is a good view but not open to guests to venture into. Guy who runs it is nice but can be hard to get a hold of as it seems to just be 2 people running the whole b&b
