My wife and I had an amazing break here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The grounds were lovely. Our suite was very nice. The massages we both had were perfect (had the 55 min massage). The spa area was quite busy and getting a seat was tricky as they all had towels on them and the Jacuzzi could really have been hotter but other than that everything was very relaxing and worth 5 stars

From start to finish the service of the staff was nothing less then five stars. They were very welcoming, efficient and friendly and made you feel like your satisfaction was important to them.  
I was lucky enough to get my room upgraded and was beyond impressed with the size, style and little touches they added to the room. The complimentary snacks and drinks were re-filled during the day and were of excellent quality. 
The food in the restaurant was amazing and I will definitely go back for dinner if not another stay soon. 
The only downfall was the spa, which was experiencing maintenance issues on the day and the steam room wasn't working. Understandably, these things happen and didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Lovely looking on arrival and I had only heard good reports,  however our experience was not great. We had private dining for a special  occasion and the food was not good. I had to pour my own wine all evening and then when we retired to the champagne bar, we were ignored for about 15 minutes. We had to speak with the manager. I would not go back out of choice. 👎🏻

Had a wonderful mothers day afternoon tea here. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Food delicious. Couldn't eat it all so they even gave us a doggy bag to take the rest home.   A bit pricey but for the experience it was worth it!

We spent a lovely weekend at Alexander House. Started off perfectly with an upgrade to one of their luxurious suites. You can easily see it’s a high class hotel, lovely staff and service. Breakfast was delicious, spa is fantastic. A bit expensive but then again you pay for what you get!
