Motivational staff, who encourage rather than beast you. They push you to where you want to go. Group sessions are hard but fun.

Great bunch of people running the Northumbria CrossFit, I felt at 'home' - the set up itself is shiny, with new equipment, and currently being renovating. CrossFit is an excellent way to get back in shape and feel good - you can't lose really!
