Attentive and well informed coaches are always on hand. High performing athletes from a variety of sports and martial arts in here everyday, with a great sense of community. First rate coaching and atmosphere.

What a facility! Can only comment on the Muay Thai, MMA and BJJ. MuayThai is second to none under head Jim Burn, Paul Morris and Claire Clements for the female and kids. Fantastic team. Helpful from beginners to pro fighters. Huge training timetable with 2 sessions everyday. A plethora of junioir champions and a extensive fight team. The mma and BJJ with Pete Irving. One of the best coaches around. With so much knowledge and experience across his disciplines.

The Faktory gym is a none corporate gym with a great sense of community. The experience in the room is a vast wealth of knowledge. Its Head coaches will have your lifting upto your highest potential. Motivated and dedicated. It has some of the best martial arts in the area. BJJ wrestling judo Thai boxing mma.
