Good gym, good people, good advice, my gains have been huge since joining this gym. Better health, fitness and well- being thank you, keep up the good work and show these budget gyms there's more to training then a fob card! Advice, from staff is priceless.

Trained at men @ work for several years now, fantastic free weights collect! Showers, Steam room! Love the cardio room with boxing ring! HaHa, It’s great Seeing the gym invest more money & time improving the place! Great gym.!

Great gym with friendly staff .value for money with a good boxing / martial arts room. also knowledgeable personal trainers at hand to push you to your goals

Great gym, love the classes - metafit and family based boxing class which me & my children attend. Staff are friendly,welcoming and very helpful =-)

Modern day gym with an old school lifting mentality. Staff are really helpful and the environment is amazing. The right equipment and weights for when i was bulking, but cant wait to start using the boxing ring and bags for when I start doing more cardio after December. Nothing like these budget gyms where every ones got a depressing attitude, or too busy taken selfies in the mirror after doing 1 set on biceps, or ' personal trainers ' who got a piece of paper from collage but havn't done a proper work out themselves.Walk into this gym everyone's pumped and ready to go regardless if its first thing in the morning or late in the evening. The best thing about this gym it that its mixed with professional body builders, retired, beginners or just people wanting to keep fit. Really recommend this gym to anyone who wants to better themselves. Also recommend the freshly made banana milk shakes, which they make right in front of you !!
