A thoroughly enjoyable 3 hours, March 13th, - spent mainly outdoors with our 17 month old granddaughter. Saw the birds, swans, ducks and horses. The glee on her face was priceless. She then enjoyed the archaeological dig. Big thanks to the young lady in the cafe. My arm is in a sling and the young lady insisted she carry the tray. Our first visit and everyone was so helpful. We spoke of further visits to appreciate the growing seasons.

Visited on the 5th April, really enjoyed my time there. The scenery is beautiful. Had a lovely walk along the canal and also had a tour of one of the caves, it was a bit scary especially if you are scared of the dark and enclosed places. Toilets were really clean with disabled access. All in all a lovely place to visit with the family.

This is a very interesting place to visit. It's only 5 miles from Worksop, on my door step. Last time I was here was about 30 + years ago. It is great for kid's and the family. We'll worth a visit 👍👍👍👍👍

A lovely walk around lake, the children enjoyed looking in the smaller caves We will definitely return. We would like to enjoy a tour inside the caves on a visit. But there is plenty to do without a paid tour.
