Conveniently located for anything nearby in the area. There is a farm ship by the entrance. Rooms are clean enough. Great for solo travel. You have picnic table in front of the rooms on the lawn. Nice toiletries along with clean towels. The staff is helpful if you have any questions. There is a small fridge in the room as well. Free parking outside as well. I had a decent experience.
Overall good. Unfortunately, the TV was not working. Not that we sat in the room watching TV but this is something that needs to be checked daily. Another big no no, is leaving water in the kettle. Again this should be checked when cleaning the rooms and ensure is empty before a new guest checks in.
Just 25 mins from Cardiff in a beautifully laid out farm. Cabins are basic but comfortable for those who ate put and about all day and want somewhere to rest their heads. Lovely and clean. Great value. Have recently booked to stay for a second time
Good location and setting in landscaped grounds. Lovely view from cabins with picnic bench outside. There is the Forage farm shop and restaurant nearby which provides an excellent and good value breakfast, but you need to book to avoid disappointment. Cowbridge Town centre is a ten minute walk away. The cabin was reasonably clean and well appointed, however I am scoring it down as our room was a bit tired and could do with some refurbishment and repaint. The mattress was uncomfortable and The fridge was made so much noise it was impossible to sleep so had to be turned off. Also there was no hairdryer that I could find. Shame as essentially it is a good facility.
