Story

Miskin Manor is a Grade II listed independet family run hotel with 42 individual bedrooms and 4 Self-Catering Lodges, located just off Junction 34 of the M4 motorway.

The hotel is steeped in history and character, with parts of the hotel dating back to 1858, and is set in 25 acres of woodland, also home to an extensive array of wildlife which creates a memorable and unique experience for you and your guests.

We where lost on the dreaded M4 (Friday at 5pm) and seen the sign for Miskin Manor so we pulled off the M4 to get our bearings and have a coffee to calm down. We had a wonderful welcome off the receptionist who helped us find our way. The coffee was served with freshly made biscuits, which where lovely. So on the experience I had, the service was first class.

I've been here numerous times, twice for a meal and numerous times for afternoon tea. My partner also used to work here and my sister's fiance and my friend work here. The service from the staff has always been helpful and friendly, the food; although on the pricey side has always been superb. Afternoon tea selections varies on events (they do special ones for certain events-mothers day, Valentine's Day etc) but I've always enjoyed it. The scenery of the grounds is absolutely beautiful, huge fields, lots of flowers and trees. The site offers a gym and health suite also. I would recommend this place.

Stunning hotel! Couldnt have asked for better staff we had an issue with our shower want to tell them and they changed our room straight away! Food was really good loved our room and the grounds are amazing will defiantlygoinf back!

I attended an event being held in one of the hotels conference/ function rooms. There's a large free car park but anyone has mobility problems they will need to secure a parking place at the top as the car park is on a hill. The staff who greeted the guests were very friendly. There was afternoon tea provided. The cakes were very nice and a plentiful supply for all.

10th century hotel steeped in history. Ideal for murder mystery weekends, weekend breaks, overnights, etc. Superb well priced restaurant. Great wine selection. Castellated roof. Large car park. Set in own grounds. Gardens. Toilets but no restrooms
