This place is a hell
I have been waiting on the phone line wanting to spoke to member of staff up to 20 minutes, and finally given up. Its bad enough going through a divorce without all the added stress.
1 Hour 16 minutes on hold .. still no answer .. My call obviously is "NOT" important to you !!!!!
Nice chairs, but made my piles bleed
Absolute joke of a Court. The whole system is ridiculous. They have a six week backlog of work - maybe they should start working and not talking and get on with helping people. Shower of ***** Useless.
Although it's not where you want to be it's been done quite nice and modern the tea and coffee machines are 50p which is really good

All staff, kind, courteous, helpful, in making a court case ordeal, less frightening!.
