We are The Young Corn Exchange, a group of 12-25 Year Olds who explore aspects of theatre beyond performing; we act as: Technicians, Marketers, Managers and many more.
We are a group of 12-25 Year Olds who are a part of a Youth Arts Event Collective based at Corn Exchange, Newbury. We have the opportunity to deliver our own arts events three times a year assisted by Corn Exchange staff; every body has the chance to take on leadership roles for each event.
We often have training workshops of our choice with industry professionals and gain/develop new skills in various roles such as: Tech., Marketing and Management.
Anybody between the ages of 12-25 can join for £30 a year.
To engage young people in the arts and train them in the running of events and a multi use venue.
