After my dads house sale moved to the accepted stage, we had a limited time to look for a property for him....Jess was fantastic from the beginning the communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. With my dad being a pensioner he required extra support with the paper work etc, and Jess provided that support by walking him through whole process showing patience and helping him to understand everything. I can't thank her enough and would recommend this branch to anyone. Keep up the great work and thanks again
Whilst looking for a house Jessica and Andrew was helpful from step one. Once we been accepted for the house there was a minor hiccup that meant our moving day had to change but Jessica and Andrew kept me updated all the way through it, they even went as far as getting us the keys early so we can move in smoother around our work schedule. Even now a month later after moving in they continue to support and check in, making sure we are settled and everything is as smoothly as it should be. I have never felt more confident on a home move journey as I did knowing Jessica and Andrew was there for questions, updates or advice if needed
Initial conversation with Andy, honest and upfront about their fees, agreed with a Full Managed Let. Day 1- taken photos, Day 2 - suitable tenant found. Two weeks later, everything completed. The pace, efficiency and hardworking effort to complete and carry out all the necessary checks was amazing! Also kept me informed and advised throughout. Thanks Andy and Jess, I would definitely recommend these individuals from Connells Oldbury.
Jessica and Andrew have been exceptionally supportive and professional since first day. They were very efficient and helpful at responding all my enquiries. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, sold my house within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. Manager of the branch met with me in person to ensure that the correct photos & details were posted online and the staff always call and update you in a professional manner. We had been on a house hunt for nearly 4 months and when we met Andy i had lost hope as we had been duped of our deposit money by the previous agent we were dealing with and had been to several other house viewings which did not yield any positive results.
