Cannot thank Nick and the team at IM enough for pulling out all stops to ensure we sold out house smoothly! I have just sold my house with the Intelligent Move and I would definitely recommend them. From the outset, they gave me a realistic valuation, then took the pictures for free. My house was sold within 2 weeks and kept me updated throughout the process. Thank you for all your help!
Best agents ever. I've had a property in Wednesbury since 2005 and a series of nightmare agents who either went bust taking my rent with them or went for months without collecting rent which was never paid or else went months without finding a tenant. And then I found The Intelligent Move in 2015. They found a good quality tenant within a few weeks and that tenant is still there.
Very good service with kind and knowledgeable staff. Always available to talk with, communication and clarity of information is high and accurate. Always responded to our queries with constructive advice and when things go wrong with a property, they're proactive and determined to fix the solution quickly. Excellent partners to work with.
