I have recently let a property to through lettings by apex. I found their level of service outstanding. The property was let out within a week and the tenants where referenced, checked and I was provided a free 6 month rent guarantee. I was not charged a setup fee and was not charged any other fees. Just when I thought things cannot get any better, I was told I was eligible for £200 cash back as a special offer. I would recommend them to all my friends and family and I have just saved and earned £500 from my property.

Have recently let my property out through lettings by apex, great people and service. Was very impressed by the way they handled the process from start to finish. Great offer for new landlord £200, helped pay my insurance for the year, highly recommendable.

This is my third house move in a few years because of re-locating for work. I have encountered many estate agents during this time across the UK, none compare to the standards demonstrated by your company. I will have no hesitation in recommending or indeed using Lettings by Apex again in the future.

I am a new landlord with Lettings By Apex, out of all my years of renting properties, hands down I can say Lettings By Apex are the best agency to let your property with. I saw their advertising boards around the area, and they have a good offer which gives landlords £200 to let Lettings By Apex manage their properties. I am happy with their service.

Without a shadow of a doubt one of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, this "lettings agent" is full of rude money -grabbing pigs, who actually live without morals and more than likely, actually, no they certainly carry the "at least it's them struggling and not me mentality" which is obnoxious and quite frankly disgusting. Most businesses main priority is putting the customer first above all else, I guess this bunch of money grabbing gimps never got that message. If you have a family and are considering this horrible business with it's vile team, I urge you to turn the other cheek and go elsewhere, these people will literally make your life 10x more difficult in order for them to have their daily dose of GBP because they are sickening individuals. I really hope these people aren't religious (well they're obviously not in my opinion) as they know where they will be going due to their actions and attitude. Avoid at ALL costs, hopefully this business will close down and the employees are hit with a reality check that their pathetic mentality and vile actions have had consequences on people's lives. AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!
