I used Connells to buy our first family home and very happy with the service. Veer Singh helped us with our mortgage application and was so helpful throughout, even after the mortgage was approved. He explained the whole process and was always happy to help. Thank you Veer Bhaji.
I got my first rental property through Connells. They are absolutely amazing. Very Professional and friendly in their approach. My special thanks to Mr. Arif and Mr.Daniel, as they make our journey smooth. Highly recommended for the new immigrants.
I would like to give this company a 0. The sign up of my property for full management by Tracey was appalling. In the first two rent payments there was over £500 missing! The repair service is run by amateurs and a general builder was sent to repair my central heating boiler 13 times making it worst with each visit. Not once did they refer to the central heating maintenance company's contact details that I gave Tracey. Throughout the tenancy there was problems with payments and poor management decisions and out right lies by Connells staff. In the end I was given back one set of keys while the agency and the tenants held back a set of keys each. I made numerous requests for the check out report and in the end it was a total fabrication. The fully furnished house with appliance was completely empty. The tenant stole or threw away furnishings without consent. She claimed the agent collected my items included plumbed washing machine non of which were more than 3 years old. The tenants removed a thermostat possibly to show their anger for the poor management of the central heating. There wasn't a pin in the property. The agency provided an email chain that appeared to be fake showing I'd given permission to remove the items, which invalidated my claim for the loss of furnishing and appliances. The agency had no idea when the tenants left, they just knew when the keys were found through the letterbox. It's very difficult to find good lettings agency in the Midlands but this is the worst I every came across. Even the managers investigating disputes were useless. As for Tracey and her sidekick Amanda, they left the company. When I called Tracey to ask about the missing furnishings, she was unwell and screamed I never gave the tenants permission to take your things. A really really bad experience!
Used Connells for the sales of nine new apartments in West Bromwich. I dealt with Dean Woodhouse and his team. Dean is extemely professional, enthusiastic and determined to provide the best service and after care that a customer can ever ask for. Would highly recommend and will be dealing with Dean and team again for sure.
My family brought a house through purple bricks and we chose Veer Singh to do our mortgage with. We are all extremely happy with the service provided. Even when there were complication with the application Veer was always helpful. Also would like to mention Harrison who helped with the legel side. Big thank you highly recommend

I have had an amazing experience with the letting manager Arif. He went over and beyond for both the tenants and I. I have never felt so at ease. He was proactively being in contact with me out of his working hours, he even found electricians and gas engineers for myself at such short notice. He calmed a very stressful situation with ease. I would 100% recommend Arif to friends and family.

I had really bad experience with this estate agent. They just smile to you until you don't pay the charges. Once you pay they stop reply your emails, make faces when you visit for enquires or even say you in a phone call that you was unfortunate to had all this circumstances. I lost my 1 year just waiting for a property At the end i got a reply saying its your choice to stay or leave .No communication at all. I think i trusted them too much .I will not recommend at any cost. unfortunately i have to give this bad review !
