Recently rented a property through Myworld estate agency, very happy of the property. The agency staff are very helpful and kind and I will definetely recommand this agency.
I had to give them a minimum of 1 star. They changed a lock on a flat in Bilston when their is a tenant living at the property. The tenant has no where to go and is currently homeless with a dependent. This is not acceptable and all they can say is they have not broken the law and to contact the old owner. However this is against the law and also is very serious. STAY AWAY LANDLORDS AND TENANTS The landlord will be effected as it will also fall back on him as the owner Thank you for your reply However this is very incorrect and you need to seek better legal advise. Yes the property was sold but it was sold with tenants. When a tenant is in an AST agreement you are unable to change the locks on them as they have no were to now live this is against the law regardless if it changed owner. I even tried to ask you to take the tenants on from us so they could stay but you didn't even allow it. You have broken every code of practice. They are taken a law suit against you and the owner as this is a criminal offense. Thank you for your lovely comment however I am Dyslexia so know you have an issue with people with a learning Difficulty? This is not very professional is it?
