The best estate agent in Oldbury! Sold my Moms property in no time. From the start, Innovate gave me the confidence they would get the job done….and they did! I had no idea at all about the process but their promptness, kindness, knowledge of the market made my sales process simple. Cannot stress how unprofessional this company is. It has been two weeks since we have moved out of our rented property and no communication regarding the refund of our deposit. During the tenancy I reported several issues which were ignored, only up until it came to giving our deposit where they could use these issues as an excuse to hold some of our money. For two whole weeks I was left with a Blocked WC! Please avoid this agency and use Connells, I had more of a professional experience with them and regret ever using Innovate. One of the lettings agents Sandy has ignored our emails for well over a week now.
