I have been going to comforts for 5 years now and I am truly satisfied with the service given in particular the transformation of my natural hair where it had been broken from relaxing for years but now it's double the length. 

I always come away with what I came in to get no matter how long it takes. The staff are friendly and professional and I have recommended comforts to many for all types of hair.

Best for doing braids. Not too tight at all and style looks great. Love own shea products but a bit pricey though that's why 4stars

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years, however I feel like they have gone downhill. For example, while going there a new stylist burnt my scalp while she relaxed my hair and my hair started to fall out.  Also, While I had a we’ve done one of the stylists pricked my scalp with a needle accidentally.  I also have not felt welcomed a lot of the stylists are miserable and they often talk in their language while doing your hair.

I have been there only once and that will be the LAST time I will ever go there. If they were the last hair braiding salon on earth, I would rather shave off my hair with a knife or leave my hair like a wild animal. I have been braiding my hair for over 15 years and this is the worst experience I have had. I only wish I could undo going there. They are not straightforward, the braids were not neat, and she increased my bill even after our initial agreement. Even though I was disappointed with the hair. She insisted I pay  £100 for medium box braids, just a bit below shoulder length. Ridiculous. She told me £70 before I started the hair then said £100 when I was done. I was livid. I ended up paying  £95. It was even my own attachment that was used.
