My first visit here. I had a deep tissue massage with Alice after being bought a voucher. Alice was so lovely and the massage was excellent, exactly what I needed. The salon has a lovely overall ambience as well. Would recommend.
My normal place was fully booked for threading so thought I would give ICON a go. Whilst the experience was pleasant enough ,I nearly fell over when I went to pay, the cost for eyebrow and chin threading was £28! This is way off the average price which is typically £15 or under. The treatment was under 15 minutes and compared to the threading studios in local area the treatment was average.
absolutely fabulous experience! felt so pampered, the staff are incredibly friendly and made me feel a 100% comfortable, they did a fantastic job!!! Lucy and Holly are just angels! highly recommend

Icon Beauty is a long established haven on Gloucester Road. The staff are professional and welcoming and always smiley and very helpful. The standards of treatments are very high and I have never had a bad experience in all my years of coming here. I highly recommend Lucy and her wonderful team!Services: Body waxing
I love Icon Beauty! Been going for over a decade because there’s nowhere that comes close to the service and ambiance. From nails and waxing, pedicures and massage, it’s all very high quality! They truly celebrate being part of the amazing Gloucester Road too which ticks all the boxes for me.
Was extremely happy with the service I received today at Icon. Gkreta made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be returning.
Been here a few times now over the years. Always professional and welcoming. I recently went here for a hot stone massage. Such a great relaxing experience. One of those experiences where if I had the money I would be here every day! Now thinking of going monthly for some me time. Well worth every penny.Service: Massage
Poor experience with icon beauty- they messaged me to delay the appointment only 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time when at that point I was already on my way. I spent in total 20 minutes waiting for my appointment before I asked to cancel and for a refund of my deposit. Staff didn't know how to refund me and told me their manager would phone me that evening to refund me. I am writing this review the following day, having still received no refund and the salon won't answer any of my calls
Taylor is amazing, I have all my waxing done with her every month and she is always so efficient. Will not go anywhere else. 100% recommend.ServicesBody waxing
