I’ve been coming to therapy since last summer and I’ve never been let down! It’s such a lovely hairdressers with really professional staff who listen to you and give their professional advice to help you get a lovely cut every time. Yesterday I had my hair coloured here for the first time and I was so impressed and pleased with the result! Elsa and the colourist Theo(?) helped me go from bright orange henna-dyed hair to a beautiful light blonde. Elsa committed hours to transforming my hair and did an amazing job.

Cannot recommend this salon enough. Great atmosphere and professional, friendly service. I went to Hannah for a gel manicure and pedicure 1 MONTH ago and they still look flawless. Best I've ever had! Elsa always does a brilliant job with my hair, her cuts are reliably good every time and she has a real eye for knowing what would suit you. Her blow drys always leave you feeling glamorous!

Worst hair cut I’ve ever had. I requested quarter of inch to be taken off my hair as I explained I was growing my hair. The lady took well over an inch off to which I now have a bob. To make matters worse, my hair wasn’t even cut straight and is noticeably longer on one side compared with the other. I spoke to the Manager and requested a refund as I was very upset. I was told “we do not normally give refunds” and that he was unable to give a refund as he had just closed the tills. I explained I would be back later next week to collect. The Manager was very rude when I collected the money and no apology was ever given. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Salon!

Had a wet wash and a lovely relaxing head massage during my hair wash. She was really precise and did my hair beautifully. Definitely going to be a regular:) Also They give lovely refreshments. Very happy. Beautiful art work, similar to my own. Nice atmosphere and they use expenaive products in hair.
