Really bad experience here, I know it doesn't go right all the time but the way I was treated was disgusting, if you ain't happy with the result it's your hairs fault not theirs, even though I had a full consultation with one of the hairstylists first...Jake refunded me £40 from £155, which I agreed to only if I could have the before and after photos of my hair, Jake said ok but never  sent me the photos, now since 22/03/18 I've been following the complaints procedure but again no reply so having to go through ADR... absolute nightmare...I left with my hair looking the same as when I walked in...felt humiliated and stupid...not only that when I first questioned for the photos on messanger as it had been 4 hours waiting for them to come through Jake then ignored what I was asking for and accused my partner of being aggressive to a member of staff....which never happened....I only went to perfected because of the good reviews, so hope this will save something like this happing to someone else, if it doesn't go right do NOT make agreements with Jake not a man of integrity (just my opinion).

Absolutely loved my first ever visit at Perfected Hair and Beauty today. I have never felt so at ease. The staff couldn't help me enough and I felt confident when listening to their suggestions with how I wanted my hair styled. So pleased with the outcome. Can't rate this beautiful salon high enough. I can't wait to come back for more pampering. Thank you ladies :) x
