Awful. Expected me to have a wax in the main shop area. No privacy. Ridiculous. Then I got scoffed at as I left. There loss.

I went to the coldharbour road beauty box for the first time today and it was so good i had to sing there praises! From the moment i walked in i was welcomed warmly and felt relaxed. Before my massage started, I was offered a glass of water and then sophie sat me down to have a chat and see if i had any tension so she could really tailor the treatment to what I wanted. The room was set up beauitfully and even before the treatment started, she checked the smells of the oil were to my liking and explained the benefits. I even got asked if the music was ok, lighting and that i was confortable which helped me take control of what i realy wanted to help me relax. Her pressure for the massage was perfect and at the end she allowed me to rest and insisted not to rush. As i came out the room she greeted me with a fruit tea so i could continue to enjoy my expierence further. Highly recomeded and will be back! thank you.
