Back in 2014, I wanted to get my hair done because it was my birthday. When I made the appointment a mouthy hairdresser wanted to charge me extra, I wasn’t having none of it, so I told her, my hair is short, so could she lower the price! The receptionist didn’t know what she was doing or saying, take my advice hire someone with acknowledgement on different hair types! 

When I arrived for my appointment, there was massive argument, I didn’t like the woman in charge very unprofessional! The establishment is very small and dull, sofa looked dirty and old! 
In end I wasn’t happy With my hairstyle, it look damaged and dull. I vowed never to put my toe there again, and so far I stuck to my promise!!

Customer service very poor, particularly the owner is unprofessional and discriminates against particular ethnicity. Just because of the language barrier doesn't make it okay to talk down or look at them with extreme dislike. I have observed few times how she speaks to other ethnicity’s its completely different the same rules don't apply. The place is cash only and the prices change depending on the staff. I would not recommend this place at all.

Awful company rude staff with a disgusting attitude!  Don't waste your money they will ruin your hair!

Have just had the Brazilian blow dry done.  Lovely friendly salon and very reasonably priced products
