I have joined only a few months back, so far I am absolutely shocked at the poor level of service. Each time I call them for an appointment I have had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to pick up. Getting an appointment is another struggle, even after mentioning I am pregnant and need to see the doctor urgently they cannot provide me with appointment in the same week. The indian receptionist lady - I think her name is Vaneesha she is very rude and really needs to learn some people skills or she shouldn't be working there .. Think I will have to look around for another medical centre.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Very difficult to make an appointment. Tried calling twice no answer, came to surgery itself to make an appointment not even to be seen and was told to call tomorrow 9am! All i need is prescription because I am struggling with anxiety weak nervous system and that kind of service is just making my condition worse. Will be changing my GP and definitely would never recommend this one.

1 star was the minimum I could give to this pathetic practice. Classic example of NHS bureaucracy and how NHS funding cuts have ruined the healthcare system in this country.

Not happy with customer service. For example: I was told by doctor to call him regarding my prescription, but when I tried to do so, I was stopped by some receptionist lady who blocked my contact. One one more thing: if you are a European than do not expect a good approach by staff. Only Asian origin patients are treat well.
