I don’t really know how to start this review. Receptionist completely rude. Talking in different languages, shouting windows rudely. Completely useless practice. I’ve called for the past 6 months and all I get is just a link via text to send pictures that will never been answer. Receptionist ≠ Doctor. How the receptionist can have the courage to tell you what you need or if what you feel can be this or that without seen or even speak with a DOCTOR, 0 in customer service, 0 in kindness with elderly. I’ve witnessed how rude they can be with our elderly people. A poor men couldn’t remember his date of birth and all what he got was a rude receptionist who was shouting at him. Really frustrated experience, really need to change my GP as I’m tired to give many chances. Today had appointment at 6PM, the doctor saw me at 6:25PM and when I left the consultation room all the lights were off, couldn’t even see my way out. NO MASKS at this practice. The receptionists and the doctors were without masks ! Amazing, perfect for this pandemic!
Tried to take an appointment 2 weeks ago. Was told no appointments available. Made to fill in e consultation and send pictures, told doctor will call back after assessment. Nobody called back. I called them quite few times on different days only to be told that the doctor hadn't seen my report yet. Completely useless and neglecting the patients. Not first time this happens.
Where should I start, Nurses Receptionist, I would make a simple for you. If you can get another GP, please don't come this place. The health, social care and NHS suppose to be helping patients and They're not helpful. Not only that they're to the patients.
Just got a call from my GP, who was wonderfully friendly and patient even though she should have been off half an hour ago. Thanks JAI medical Centre! Wish you all a happy holiday and a fabulous new year ahead
For a gp they are doing really well for the funeral managing companies. Seems like they are being paid to neglect all the medical conditions which can possibly lead to dire consequences. Relying to book an appointment here is like to meet rishi sunak!!!!!. Absolutely pathetic services. 2 times appointment changed with out contacting patient and it's been 10 days now the condition is ongoing. I have already looked into a different gp to be registered. Please do not register at any of this jaimedical gp centres. They are all pathetic.
Exceptional customer service provided over the phone having manage to overcome the daunting exercise that is the 9am dash. The E consult form is redundant akin to writing a message in a bottle ready to be discovered in centuries to come. Keep up the good work!
Horrible gp clinic, I shouldn’t even call it a clinic because they don’t help people or the community. I’ve seen the many horrible reports and it’s time to do something about these people. Going to try call the council and report this as it’s unacceptable, receptionist very rude walked in this morning with a crazy fever, cough and sore throat and the receptionist told me to go to a private pharmacy if I want to be seen straight away. Who are these people that you hired we need to get this clinic closed.
Literally every arrangement they make never happens. I was supposed to be referred to a specialist for my issue. That was October 2021..... never heard anything since. Always on hold for at least 30 minutes when trying to get an appointment. My phone died last time I was on hold with them. They never have any appointments available, unless you are willing to wait 4 weeks. Just avoid.
West hendon medical center very organised very polite well spoken and very professional dealing with patients specialy reception they will do anything to help with degnity and respect.
The staff was excellent! The receptionist was really patient and made us comfortable while we were waiting. The doctor was really helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend!
