It was as expected for a Travelodge, nice enough, staff were lovely, only a couple of niggles.. stayed in room 106 and there was a used cotton bud in between the carpet and tiles between the bathroom and main room. Then our key cards stopped working after the first night (stayed for two) but a quick trip to reception had that fixed. Breakfast was good. Only downside about the hotel is that there is no free parking or even discounted parking (we found free parking during certain hours next to the graveyard a 5 minute walk from the hotel so maximised the use of that to save the cost! Other than that a nice stay.

Easy to find. No dedicated car park. Service is good as front desk is next to bar.

It's basic, but it's not expensive. Unlimited breakfast too.

It's a travel lodge. It's exactly what you would expect. Although there are no plug sockets near the bed for anyone who uses their phone as their alarm
