Loved it. Relaxed stay, clean and comfy room. Felt like home away from home. Beautiful green neighbourhood and surroundings with a short walk to the centre. The house is spotless inside and out and looks great. The room was really nicely furnished and the owners are friendly and will make sure you have a great stay! The bar had a great selection of fresh local beers and breakfast was tasty! Would definitely stay againRooms: 5/5
Really enjoyed spending the weekend here. The owners have done a great job in making the place hospitable. Great, spotless, well stocked rooms with a great bar that had four quality ales to offer. Spent some time talking to the owner who had a good knowledge of many topics, most of which coincided with my interests. Small but perfectly formed outside space with bbq facilities for the warmer weather. Will look to book here again maybe for the racing at Ascot.
Beautiful hidden Gem to spend weekend! We love this hotel away from town centre . Stunning Victorian house surrounded with tall trees, roses and various plants. You feel relaxed , away from fast pace of life. We stayed in African Theme room on a ground floor with on-suite, exceptionally cleaned and fresh with super comfortable bed! We love the rich warm colours of the walls, pictures, chandelier, curtains, beddings and every small item in the room and even bathroom that support the main theme. Morning coffee and freshly prepared breakfast on terrace in a great bonus ! You can order tasty dishes for your meals from hotel menu. The free time you can spend in amazing bar “The Goat in a garden” located in the back of the hotel. There you can find a clear water stream with small fish too. Thank You so much to Willem and Ches for your Hospitality. We are definitely coming to stay again.

Excellent little place just 10 minute walk to town centre. Hosts are a pleasant break from the normal large chain hotels who use the "computer says" routine. Our hosts here could not do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. Nice little bar out the back where you can relax, have a drink, watch some TV and even try a tune on the guitar if you are that way inclined. Fresh breakfast and drinks excellent. We will certainly be back next time we are anywhere close to area.
A wonderful wkend away with my partner before lockdown, very relaxing. The hosts were amazing and very hospitable. Large en-suite rooms, each with a different theme. Very clean, bar on site, excellent home made meals and live music in evenings. We will definitely be staying again!! Perfect for romantic getaways or just a change of scenery or that special occasion. Genuinely had a blast.
Highly recommended as it is a far better value and experience than a hotel. The host is a really nice guy, and cooks up a lovely Breakfast to order in the morning. The bed was really comfortable and I slept very well. New everything and excellent water pressure in the shower. If you want to experience living the ""English way"" then do not hesitate.

Amazing B&B. Very friendly owners with great cooking skills. The rooms are always spotless clean and the bar in the garden is the perfect place to eat, drink and relax. Every room has a different layout which makes every visit unique.Rooms: 5/5
