"Serving up American classics from the lengths of the great states. We're talking burgers, steaks and pizzas. If it's smoky, crispy, sticky or spicy, we discovered it and we're serving it with a giant helping of hospitality and a glass of barrel-aged bourbon on the side."

Had the surf and turf burger which was great and the cookie cheese cake which was delicious. Staff are friendly. Drinks are really good here.
Had lunch here. Food was good. Service was good as well. The waitress was very pleasant and happy. That can make such a difference when you've popped out for lunch during a frenzied Friday with deadlines. The pretzels were sooo good
Poor waitressing from start to finish. Waited ages for food, never come over to check how are meal was and to top it off I was sold a multi pack can of Pepsi for the price of a glass of Pepsi..... shouldn’t even be reselling multi pack drinks back on
Busy Saturday night..no reservation made but got seated straight away, by our waiter Christopher..Cajun chicken skewers enjoyed..chicken wraps with Cajun mayonnaise . .in my opinion needed more Cajun spices......waiter was asked for more spices and more red slaw...nothing was too much trouble.....can highly recommend the service
Been here a good amount of times now. Bar and drink service has always been poor, both long wait for getting drinks to the table and being ignored at the bar. However food has always been good and the staff have always been friendly. Just need to hire more bar staff to sort the drinks issue out!
This is my most favourite restaurant in Britain. The foods are just fantastic. I've been here in three different towns and both my friends and I were always satisfied. The menu gives you wide varieties of foods, likewise their drink menu. You can get cocktails. Their facilities are beautiful. Internal decor is fascinating. You may need to make reservation as they could be too busy sometimes. As for their staff, their customer service is five stars.
We had two very helpful waiters what was probably the only good experience of the night, I have been here 5+ times but not in the last year and something must have changed? Management? Head Chef? I wasn't sure what had happened but it was a complete disappointment this time around, menu had slightly changed and the £20 steak I ordered looked nothing more than a standard pub steak at very best with a few chips and one onion ring! Seems to completely of lost its classy touch
I went to coast to coast last night with friends. Personally, I think everything is overpriced for what you get, especially 'mains'. The bar was very slow and it took at least 15 minutes for one cocktail. I ordered the BBQ chicken melt, which comes with corn on the cob, fries, onion rings and coleslaw, which I have to say was amazing! I only got three onion rings though which was a tad disappointing as they're very small. My friend had to send her burger back because they all come 'medium' however is was more rare and she wanted it well done, an option would have been nice. The service wasn't bad at the start but our main waitress was very rude and inconsiderate most of the time and others weren't particularly friendly apart from one lad. Most of my other friends said their food was nice and there was no complaints apart from the margarita pizza which was bland and horrible and that some of the food was cold. I'd definitely recommend the food but not the service!
Came here with my mother for a meal during the week and thought the service would be a lot faster than on the weekend where I can be waiting up to 45 minutes for my food. The Waiter we had was lovely but he was swept off his feet and seemed to have a lot to do. When he was taking our order and handing us our drinks, it all felt very rushed as he had other customers to look after. I don't know why more staff aren't employed; it would've helped ease the pressure on the waiter and made our experience better. The food was not the best I've had; I had the sliders and found that the bread was a bit stale but the which I still are. However, it took 25/30 minutes to come out. Our drinks took a long time to come and my mother ordered another glass of wine which came 20minutes after she ordered we had to remind the waiter about the glass of wine as we were ready to leave.
We had a brilliant time at Coast to Coast this evening. It was the first time we'd been there and we all agreed that we'd happily go back. The food was really tasty, hot, and well cooked. Couldn't fault it at all. My starter was the buffalo wings and they were some of the best I've had and I've had a few in my time!. My main course was the St Louis ribs. Described as "giant" on the menu was an accurate description! Really really nice; the meat was falling off the bone. Part of what made it such an enjoyable experience was definitely our server. Holly Morton...take a bow! Excellent, friendly, and good humoured service. Couldn't fault the food; couldn't fault the service. Yes, I'd recommend it!
