UNBELIEVABLE!!! Don't expect a CUSTOMER SERVICE from this store, NEVER pick up the telephone. I purchased a bag from this store and a side of the bag loosing stitch after using several times. Went back to the sore to replace. The staff refused to do as it is purchased over a month. Agreed to send to repair and got a copy of repair receipt, told me wait 4-6 weeks to have the bag shipped back to my address. Since then, there was no response. Called the Bicester Village Coach store over several days and over TEN calls made. NO ONE PICK UP THE PHONE. RIDICULOUS!!!

awful middle eastern looking staff at the checkout. He tried to lie to me twice about the discount.

Check before you pay. Very Negligent staff. They charged us more and didn't give us the discount which they were supposed to, unless we told them.
