I encountered serious racism in this shop. I noticed that the sale would give help to white people to check the size and get the shoes ready and hand them to the customer and ask if they were the right size. However, when I approached multiple sales to ask if they had my size, they all said they were busy. I waited for over 30 minutes. It wasn't until they gave me the shoe box and walked away that I confirmed I had been treated unequally. I also waited for 40 minutes at the checkout. Every sales, said wait a moment. But the white woman sitting next to me trying on shoes, from asking for the size, to trying them on, to buying, her sale was always there to assist.
I tried a pair of shoes in the store and they didn’t have my size, so I added the store’s official what’s app account and been following up if they get any stock of my size ever since. Eventually it arrived and I paid via the link they sent me and that’s the start of nightmare. The first link didn’t work after I submitted my information and they sent me a new link and it worked right away. A day later my card details got stolen I didn’t shop anywhere else after that. Don’t trust this store!
Lovely display of shoes - went early as I work in the village too. But was disappointed in the help as had no sizes in the items I wanted but then did not engage in helping me find another option. For such pricey items would of wanted better than that otherwise was a nice quick visit.
Lovely service and beautiful quality shoes.Had no luck to find any sandals in my size but I got some nice sneakers.
There boots are the best and the price his right
