Hello! I visited this store yesterday. Excited about getting my first designer bag from my favorite brand quite a special moment for me I entered the store, was trying to find rockstud bag but couldn’t. I asked someone if the staff for help and she guided me to the bag and get it to try on. I made a decision for the bag. She was constantly chatting with her colleagues and me trying to let her know I want the bag. After 3 times she got it and proceed to the till. In the till we did all the procedures and at the time to pay, I was about to tap my card and other guy from the staff rudely points the card reader several times like “here here here” and I was about to tap? So I don’t get his reaction. Quite bad experience for a “luxury” brand. Was expecting other treatment. Before the visit, I had a meeting with bicester’s managers who pointed out they didn’t want the customers to get “the outlet” experience but to get the same experience as you get in a proper flagship. My experience was quite outlet orientated and felt I was buying a zara bag. I would only come back cause price is great.
Fabulous experience in store. Staff were incredible. The sizes lacked a little but it's a popular time of year to go shopping at bicester village. December I managed to pick up a pair of rock studs almost 300 quid cheaper than normal! Absolute bargain and plenty of range in store for fashionistas!
I love Valentino products but the experience of this store is very sub standard especially across Bicester Village. I was literally ignored when I visited yesterday and only when I raised my voice did someone attend to me I was exchanging a purchase so had a Valentino carrier bag and then she accused me of being pregnant because I have a slight paunch. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in any store and jumped up people there need to get some training on how to communicate and do their jobs.
I really enjoyed my experience in this store. Lita was very efficient and professional and helped me select and purchase a perfect bag. I am absolutely in love with it!
I just bought a bag and was served by Jordy. He went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. He showed so much patience & provided me with super duper prompt service! Very happy indeed.
I wanna buy a pair of shoes with delivery, I make a phone call, no one pick up. I wonder if the phone number is correct.
I had such a great experience shopping with Jordy. Jordy really did all that I asked and went above and beyond, while dealing with my requests promptly and politely! Jordy and the Valentino team were super kind and helpful! My shopping was made easy and a lot of fun! I will definitely buy from them again and hoping to be served by Jordy again. Great job and great customer service. I’m a happy gal! Thank you for your time, patience and understanding. I hope I can deal with you again in my future purchases : highly recommend!
Always a good experience to go and see Valentino! They make the most wonderful designer clothing and accessories. Again even with good discounts in there outlet shop the prices are very high.
On 17th November around 7.10- 7.15pm my daughter and I walked into  Valentino store  Bicester Village which was completely empty. We were purchasing pre-planned shoes and a bag as Christmas presents. I had a coffee in my hand just purchased at maitre choux. On entering just a few steps the security guard spoke rather abruptly to me. I'm deaf and didn't fully understand what the foreign security guard broken English was saying. My daughter then explained that he was asking me to leave the store; due to having a coffee. I promptly apologised and said I'd put the coffee down at the entrance; so that I could enter to make my purchase.. At which point he aggressively shouted no leave the store. I was extremely intimidated and left the shop immediately. My daughter then interrupted the 2 ladies working in the store who ignored us and continued chatting at the till throughout She asked them why did they allow the security guard to shout at me? Is that standard practice? They both failed to apologise and to add insult to injury dismissed our complaint saying he didn't raise his voice,  It was OUR misunderstanding and miscommunication error not theirs. They also were rude for no reason?! I NEVER complain about anything to anyone but I made it clear to the staff on duty. I'd be reporting this incident,  so the management can observe the incident on CCTV and retrain and correct employees attitudes towards the people who are keeping them in a job. I'm a regular customer of Bicester village and I spent several thousand pounds tonight in Armani, Alexander McQueen & Michael Korrs. I wasn't window shopping! If I was the manager of Valentino I'd be furious as every Valentino store I've shopped in around the world, greet you warmly at the door and go out their way assist you never with no language barrier regardless of Country. My email complaint to both BV & Valentino has been ignored.
Poor online service. Not responsive or helpful. Directs to a catalogue with sizes saying available but not available in store. Tried to make a virtual appointment, no reply from staff. Would not buy any shoes from this store.
