They never answer the phone Dispite leaving numerous messages and my phone number, didn’t return my calls It’s a 100 mile round trip to shop at bicester so didn’t want to go unless I know they have what I want in stock Not very customer focused

Lovely store, but dozy staff forgot to take the security tag off 3 of my purchases. Now I'm going to have to trek into central London to get it sorted. Grrr.
