Check before you pay! Very Negligent staff. They have charged us much more than what was written on the tags and the discount plates. We have been trying to contact them since long but nobody cared to pick up the call. Moreover, there isn't any email address on which we can write a complaint and ask for refund. Highly disappointed.

PEOPLE VISITING THIS STORE PLS CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING!!!!!! First they put the wrong pricing of the bags in the bill and then very conveniently forget to give the 30% off also. When this was brought to the notice of the girl at the counter she apologised for the mistake and assured us that the (heavy) extra amount charged because of their negligence would be returned back to the card. Its been 20 days and we are still waiting for our money! And yes, we are calling them up and the MK customer service every few days! Is this how you cheat tourists? What a shame! Not expected from MK!!!!!

I bought a watch from here in December 2013 - 2 years ago. In late November I assumed the battery was dead and as I loved the look I sent it away to be serviced. It has now come back unrepaired as the watch had a fault , it is obsolete and MK Cannot get the parts. What a waste of money I expect a watch to last over 2 years
