I had a great customer experience here. I was really stressed as I couldn’t decide what bag I wanted there was a large selection and the really tall guy with glasses I didn’t catch his name was brilliant. He moved all of my chosen products in a row and helped me choose - he was funny too which I liked.  Great prices and friendly staff! Very happy :

I visited this store yesterday and they couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. In fact, I took a bag back which I had just bought from another store and bought two bags from this store instead. Thank you so much to the lovely staff.

Not child friendly. Visited store with my 9 month old in her buggy. I was stopped at the door by security because my baby had a small piece wafer on her hand. Food is not allowed in store.  I asked to speak to a manager, she was a scruffy lady, messy hair and clothes who can only be identified by the lanyard around her neck.  I told her my baby will scream and cry if i take the wafer off her. She didn't want to know. She told me she didnt care whether it was a baby or an adult - food is not allowed in their store.  I refused to shop there and walked out.  It was absolutely disgraceful especially when Gucci, Burberry and many other stores in the village much more higher end stores were child friendly and even allowed me to bottle feed my baby.  DKNY really need to take a look into their policies and procedures.

If you ever visit this store look for Paula Ferreira, she is super nice and helpful. Very friendly, cheerful lady. Made our shopping experience 100 times better.  We were in the store for a long time and she helped us find correct sizes and new items with a smile till the end. Hope Paula gets recognition for all her hard work at DKNY.

Nice designer village with good offer

Had a fantastic WhatsApp shopping experience with Paula. She was so helpful with sizes, even sent me pictures. My delivery arrived so quickly. Shopped on Sunday arrived Tuesday. Cant wait to shop as soon as you open.  Very tempted for another virtual shop. Highly recommend. 5 stars. Thanks

This store is great, the staff are so nice and friendly and even came to say hello to my boy max the dog, my wife found lots she liked in there so we would definitely recommend this place

Super friendly helpful team. My review is a little late. We visited this shop back in September. Manager of shop Sunny and his colleagues are very welcoming. Prices are very comparative and affordable. Shop is fully stocked with all sizes. Very tidy and clean. We visited most of the shops in Bicester and I have to his this is the most friendly shop. Well done guys. Keep up the good work

Amazing and friendly staff! Paula is a star and made my mum and myself feel so beautiful! Literally the most pleasurable shopping experience I’ve had! 5**** service! And the ladies on the till were amazing too! I don’t know how anyone could rate this place lower than 5 stars they’re wonderful! Clean and tidy atmosphere. Melissa and her colleague on the till were outstanding too! Thank you so much everyone and the young gentleman on the changing room was very professional aswell! Thank you! Can’t wait to rock my outfits!
