Very poor all round level of service, purchased a very expensive ring owned for just over a week and a diamond came loose and was lost, when we noticed this we sent the item back for repair as they didn't have a replacement in stock - they did refund postage however the time to repair the ring was excessive and no communication, followed by 3 promises of delivery (after it was repaired) that never happened! always had to chase and in the end demanded a full refund. Avoid - high priced Items poorly made and terrible customer service.

Please ensure that you check your items before leaving this store. I live in Sheffield and am having to make a five hour round trip to exchange damaged items. Yes, I could post them, but would rather ensure that the item gets there safely. I was told that the item had been checked before my purchase was made, but this obviously was not the case

Good place to look for jewelry, prices are not to high and some of the pieces are very interesting looking
