Being trying to speak to someone at Gucci for two days with regards to stock items. I live 2.5 hours away and don’t want to have a wasted journey. They do not answer the phone and the message is saying all lines are busy, even at 9am in the morning first thing. Very poor service for such an expensive shop.

such rude and unhelpful staff, they don't smile, acknowledge or serve, for a luxury brand even if it is a outlet, we spent £1000s but are always put off but the rude staff, please replace or update their training. the asian girl on scarfs is very up herself as well as the staff on mens/bags and behind the payment counter

Trying to contact Gucci - no answer EVER!!!!! I live far away from Bicester and want to check stock of a handbag - but there is no way of getting hold of anyone at the store!! Called Bicester Village and they don't answer the call either - not very happy - POOR SERVICE!!!!

This sunday I went to shopping at bichester gucci, bought few items, staff at the till and security was very helpful.However the manager had a terrible attitude. he has been called by one of the customer to raise a concern due to Extremelly long ques at the payment section. Lots staff running like headless chicken due to poor management.
Customer complained to the (blond,curly hair young male- )manager on sunday 28th jan 18 but the respond was careless, rude and un professional. I would instantly sack such an attitude which dosent represent GUCCI and the brand should be ashamed to have people like him. Many customers are tourists and no need to treat them like an animals. Decided to BAN GUCCI FROM MY WARDROBE..

Trebblie customer service, woman on the check out looked at me as if I should not be shopping in the store.
I purchased a Giovanni belt for £120 (men’s belts 387035BTTAN) from the Bicester Village store on Friday 26th Jan 2018, unfortunately when I get home I realised the hoop to hold the belt together is missing. I have been trying to contact the store for over a week but frustrating no answer. I have called 4 times and waited on “hold” for over 20mins each time.
I find a ridiculous that tere isn’t a customer service department to deal with my problem as claret Bicester villages does not pick up their Phone.
I would appreciate a phone call or for the missing item to been sent to my home address.
